Overview ​

Protected form route for creating a user.

Data flow and actions ​

The page loads entity choices and loads departments for a selected entity. Form submission calls POST /users with UserCreateData. Source includes fields for the account and organizational assignment; the exact required-field rules are those enforced in the form source.

States ​

Page implementation controls loading, validation, and submit feedback. Backend validation and response details are not available from frontend source.
